“Breathe deep dear ones, let us take a journey. A journey back to truth. A journey back to yourselves. Have you felt that this reality you find yourselves to be in limiting? Do you feel that not is all that it seems? Have you felt a calling? A calling home that aches in your bones?Rest dear ones and know that you are not going crazy even if you feel that you are. It is time. This is your time to come back to yourselves. In this modern world you find yourselves in, a modern world of distraction, it is time to simplify. It is time to strip back the unnecessary to find the truth of you. You can lay down your uniforms and your false senses of self. You can lay down your identities and false ideas in relation to self worth and worthiness. You dear beings are the essence of all, you dear ones at your core are God. It is time to start remembering.

This Earth realm you find yourselves in has so much more to it than meets the eye, it is so much more than what the mainstream has taught you it is. Go deeper. Scratch the surface. See the sacredness that is you, that is this planet and see how you are interconnected. You do not need to follow the formulas they told you to follow. And these formulas have many guises – spiritual, material, physical. It matters not. What is speaking to you on the deepest level? Let it envelope you.
Take that leap into infinity, take the divine breath, you are more than all of this. Breath. Open your true eyes and take a proper look. Now what do you see? Breathe. You do not have to buy into the falsities of this reality any more. Like the changing of a television channel, so too can you change the frequency in which you tune into. There are so many layers dear ones. What channel do you want to tune into? Breathe. Take the sacred breath. You are One.
